Planned Truck Route The project is located in California on the west side of Huasna Townsite Road, approximately one mile south of Huasna Road, approximately 12 miles east of the City of Arroyo Grande. The project will be jointly managed by AOC and Mogul Energy. Mogul will earn a 40 percent working interest which covers an estimated 1385 gross leased acres overlaying a 450 acre Monterey shale reservoir. The revised truck route will completely bypass the city.
