Mr. Naeem Tyab - President and Director
Mr. Tyab has served as president and a director of Mogul since September 29, 2005. Mr. Tyab has been involved in corporate finance for over 24 years, participating in all facets of the capital markets. During this time Mr. Tyab has accumulated experience being an advisor to, or director of, private and public issuers from various industries. Mr. Tyab’s primary role with these companies was to provide guidance with respect to their financing and acquisition activities. Mr. Tyab’s previous financial experience includes acting as a registered representative from 1986 to 1994 during which time he provided investment advice to a private client group. From 1994 until 1997 Mr. Tyab acted as a consultant providing corporate finance services to several private issuers. In 1997 Mr. Tyab co-founded Foresight Capital Corporation, a Canadian registered securities dealer. In addition to his management and private client duties at Foresight, Mr. Tyab oversaw the company’s growth to 120 staff and $450 Million in client assets under administration. During his time with Foresight Mr. Tyab continued to provide corporate finance services to venture capital and investment banking clients. Upon leaving Foresight in April 2002 until his appointment as Mogul’s president in September 2005 Mr. Tyab acted as an independent consultant to a number of public and private oil and gas companies in relation to their financing and acquisition objectives.

Mr. Gary Countryman - Director
Mr. Countryman was appointed to the Board as a director on April 14, 2010. Mr. Countryman has thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry including Vice President of Dubai Petroleum from 1977-79, Manager of Middle East Operations from 1980-84 for Conoco, Inc. and General Manager and Managing Director for Geisum Oil Company from 1984 -86. He served as Vice President – Operations of Greenhill Petroleum from 1987-89. From 1990 he has owned his own company and been involved in oil and gas property acquisitions and the operation of oil and gas properties.

Mr. Countryman earned his B.S. and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of California and his M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Henry J. Kloepper - Director
Mr. Kloepper has been involved in investment banking and structured finance over a 30 year career. He brings a well rounded knowledge of the capital markets, strategic growth and investments. In the past, Mr. Kloepper has worked in senior executive positions with JP Morgan, Citibank and Bank of America in Canada, the US and Europe.
Mr. Kloepper is a director and a consultant to companies ranging from the resource sector to manufacturing and the airline industry. His responsibilities have varied from chairing the audit committee to being the President and CEO of a public company that recently made strategic investments in the food and beverage industry. Currently, Mr. Kloepper is Chief Operating Officer of an investment bank in St. Lucia, West Indies which has a focus of providing providing strategic capital to varied industries in Canada and the US.


Mr. Tim Turner - Executive Vice President
Mr. Turner received his undergraduate degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980. Prior, to his appointment with Mogul Energy, Tim Turner was a Principal Partner of Tim Turner & Associates, LLC, an oil and gas exploration and production business development and land services company. Mr. Turner has twenty-nine years of varied experience in the oil and gas industry establishing and maintaining productive business relationships with partners; negotiating complex joint venture agreements; overseeing all business partner operations, negotiating legal agreements (involving acquisitions, title conflicts, eminent domain issues and the disposition of assets); and preparing long-range and short-term business plans, revenue forecasts, cost projections. Mr. Turner began his career with Exxon Company. Mr. Turner supervised all land-related negotiations on dozens of Exxon operated fields comprising hundreds of wells and thousands of separate property files. Subsequently, Mr. Turner went to work for Phillips Petroleum Company, in Houston, where his responsibilities included various Texas gulf coast exploration and production land activities resulting in several new field discoveries and substantial new reserves to the company. Mr. Turner has been active on numerous national, state and local boards and committees since 1979. In 2004, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed Mr. Turner to serves as a Public Member on the Texas Medical Board in which he was elected and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Turner is a member of the Mediation Section of the State Bar of Texas and was a very active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, having served on the board for several years and ultimately receiving one of the Associations highest public service awards.
