Appointment of Directors and Officers


September 29, 2005 – Robert C. Mussehl, sole director of Mogul Energy International, Inc. is pleased to report the appointment of Naeem Tyab as President and a director of the company. In addition, Sohail S.K. Kiani has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Mohammad Khan as Treasurer. Mr. Mussehl welcomes the addition of the new members to Mogul’s management team who collectively bring an outstanding network of relationships and contacts in the core countries that the company is seeking to build its E&P business.

Biographies are as follows:

Mr. Naeem Tyab – President and Director Since 2003 Mr. Tyab has acted as an independent consultant to a number of public and private oil and gas companies in relation to their financing activities. Prior thereto and from 2000 to 2002 Mr. Tyab has been in the venture capital and investment banking industry and was the major shareholder from 1997 through 2002 of Foresight Capital Corporation, a British Columbia securities dealer managing client assets of $450 Million.

Mr. Sohail S. K. Kiani – Executive Vice President For the last five years Mr. Kiani has been an independent financial services consultant specializing in the energy sector. Prior to becoming an independent consultant Mr. Kiani served as Vice President, Investments for Merrill Lynch Investment Bank Canada/Singapore and Assistant Vice President of Royal Trust Bank of Canada. Mr. Kiani has also served as assistant to the chairman of Far East Energy (NASDAQ) and was for a brief time the CEO of Dusty Mac International (NASDAQ and TSX) a subsidiary of Transglobe Energy.

M. Ijaz Khan – Treasurer Since 2004, Mr. Khan has been practicing law in Seattle, Washington with the law firm of Mussehl and Khan. Mr. Khan's practice involves the representation of corporate clients in raising capital for their companies through venture capital companies and public legal entities. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Khan practiced law with the firm of Choquette Law Group, in Seattle, Washington. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Khan attended Seattle University School of Law in Seattle, Washington where he obtained his law degree.
