Mr. Naeem Tyab - President and Director
Mr. Tyab has been the president and a director of Mogul since September 29, 2005. Between April 2002 and prior to his appointment as president of Mogul, Tyab acted as an independent consultant to a number of public and private oil and gas companies in relation to their financing and acquisition activities. Prior thereto and from December 1997 to March 2002, Mr. Tyab was involved in the venture capital and investment banking industry in his capacity as a registered representative for a Canadian based securities dealer.

Mr. William Divine- VP Business Development
William Divine has 27 years of experience at all levels of the oil and gas industry. He has expertise in the divestiture of major oil and gas companies and owns and operates his own domestic and international properties. He has compiled an extensive database of undeveloped oil and gas fields worldwide. Mr. Divine focuses on international consulting that identifies concessions opportunities for individual companies. Mr. Divine maintains close contact with a number of government ministries regarding international oil and gas opportunities. He presently serves as a Managing Director of Concessions International Ltd. Mr. Divine is the founder and C.E.O. of a non-profit charity, Petroleum Foundation of America, Inc. The purpose of this organization is to provide energy and fertilizers to the poor, specifically in developing countries. The organization is primarily involved in making use of wasted flare gas and gas from undeveloped gas fields worldwide to provide fuel for cooking and heating for the rural poor. In addition the organization is using these gas resources to generate electricity and to produce fertilizers to help increase crop yields in countries where periodic famine is a major problem. It should be noted that much Concessions International's income from consulting services has been used to support PFA and its charitable activities.
Mr. Divine currently consults for a number of international E & P companies to identify upstream new venture opportunities. He assists in conducting studies to determine the commercial potential of the upstream opportunities and negotiates the concession contract agreements to secure the rights to develop these opportunities. He has also been conducting extensive research by identifying almost all of the undeveloped oil and gas discoveries worldwide, and maintains an extensive, current data-base of all significant United States and abroad. He is currently evaluating many of these situations and is in preliminary discussions with the respective government ministries.

Mr. Ernie Pratt - Director
During the past 5 years Mr. Pratt has acted as President of Lateral Development Group Ltd., a technical consulting company focused on Canadian and International oil and gas exploration projects. Mr. Pratt has in excess of 32 years experience in development and management of oil and gas exploration and development programs in Canadian frontier areas, in western Canada and internationally. Mr. Pratt has formerly worked in Egypt for four years as the vice president of exploration for Rally Energy (RAL:TSX.V). Mr. Pratt graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science Degree with specialization in Geology. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Mr. William Smith - Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mr. Smith has 34 years of financial management, accounting and business experience. During his varied career, Bill has acted as Controller, Treasurer, Senior Vice President and Information Technology Analyst for both Canadian and international companies. Over the past ten years, Mr. Smith has worked as senior financial analyst for RBC Capital Markets and Bell Mobility, controller of Xstrata Copper and MS Access risk analyst for Enbridge Consumers Gas. Mr. Smith also owns a company that provides networked IT solutions for small businesses. Bill is a business administration and computer science graduate of Ryerson Polytechnic Institute and received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1989.

Mr. George Fulford, P.Eng. – Geophysicist
Mr. Fulford has over 40 years of experience as a senior geophysicist in the international oil and gas industry. Mr. Fulford was a senior geophysicist for Talisman Energy and between 1996 and 2003 was involved in mapping what are now major producing oil fields in Sudan. Recently Mr. Fulford has been evaluating projects in South America which include the Lanos Basin in Columbia where he has been integrating the geophysical and well data of the entire Lanos Basin and identifying prospects and leads to be detailed by future geophysical activity. A professional engineer, Mr. Fulford graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science, geological Engineering, University of British Columbia.

Mr. Christopher Musselle- Operations Manager
Christopher joined Mogul Energy International Inc. as Operations Manager in August of 2008. He brings over 20 years of both operations and management skills to the company and has worked in these capacities in a variety of different industries. Christopher spent the past four years at MetroBridge Networks Corporation, a technologies based company with multiple markets in North America. He is credited with building their operations department from the ground up, essential to taking the company public in July of 2007.
