Mission Statement
Mogul was established to build an international oil and gas exploration company with a focus in Canadian and International Concessions. Mogul's mandate is to explore and develop highly prospective lands adjacent to producing oil fields in the world's most viable and qualified properties acquired on basis of due diligence and provided intelligence.

Properties
Mogul Energy International, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Excelaron LLC wherein Mogul Energy has acquired a 40% membership interest in Excelaron LLC, a California based company. Excelaron LLC is in the process of developing oil leases that Excelaron has entered into that are located in the state of California. Mogul also has a 100% working interest in the Fairlight Project which consists of oil and gas leases on approximately 9,300 acres of land in the Fairlight Area of South East Saskatchewan, Canada. Chapman Petroleum Engineering has recently, October 1, 2007, completed its third-party analysis report on this property and identified three prospects detailed in the report.
